Private Lessons

 

Private Lessons are available to everyone who:

  • wish to accelerate their learning progress
  • wish to increase their physical conditioning
  • have difficulty in attending evening classes because of schedule
  • wish to focus on detail of technique
  • are preparing for an upcoming competition

 

Team Octopus offers private lessons for those who wish to progress more quickly, have time restrictions or want to reach a higher level of proficiency. These lessons are available by appointment for each individual, couple or small group.
Private training topics can be anything of interest to the student. Training can progress at the student’s own pace, and can span any range of topics and styles.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Boxing
Thai Boxing/Kickboxing
CrossFit Training

Our highly qualified Trainers will focus their full attention on your progress which will enhance your knowledge.

We offer single lessons, blocks of 5 lessons, block of 10 lessons or monthly scheduled lessons. (one lesson is 1hr)

Private Lessons Rate:

  • 10 sessions $70 per session total $700
  • 5 sessions $80 per session total $400
  • 1 session $90 per session total $90

Private Lesson Policies:                                                                         

The pricing of Private Lessons is based on whether there is one or two students participating. If a lesson has more than two students, it is considered a Semi-Private Lesson. Please inquire about Semi-Private Lesson Rates at the front desk. EACH LESSON IS 1 HOUR and is by appointment only. It is recommended that you book your lesson at least one week in advance in order to secure your desired day and time. There is a 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for all Private Lessons. If you must cancel your appointment, we must hear from you at least 24 hours before that lesson in order to avoid being charged. You may cancel via e-mail at [email protected].
