Kickboxing is a modern martial art and combat sport that includes punches and kicks. The combination of intense cardio and bodyweight conditioning should leave you sweating and pumped.* Classes are for men and women of all ages from absolute beginner to the seasoned athlete. Classes begin with warm-ups, followed by workout sessions on the heavy bags, and end with a cool-down. You will learn basic kickboxing techniques and engage in core-strengthening exercises to help tone and lean your body.*
