IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS!

All Team Octopus locations will be closed on Monday, September 3rd in observance of Labor Day. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday September 4th. Enjoy!

Team Octopus now offers Kickboxing classes on Sundays!
Chamblee – Kickboxing at 10AM
Midtown – Kickboxing at 10AM and 12PM
Sandy Springs – Kickboxing at 10AM and 12PMCome in for a Sunday Funday!

New class times for Strength & Conditioning have been added at Sandy Springs for Mondays and Wednesdays at 7PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5PM!

Crossfit Octopus – Help us to help you!
Team Octopus at Chamblee is considering adding more Crossfit classes throughout the week, but we want to know your thoughts!Take the Survey!

Remember! $15 “No-Show” and “Drop-In” fees apply to those who:
A. “No-Show” – register for class but do not show up
B. “Drop-In” – show up but did not register for class
Always stay in the habit of registering for your classes in the Team Octopus App, and if you forget or can’t attend, email [email protected]!

Coach of the Month: Kam Wallace

Kam Wallace, who is Atlanta raised, is one of Team Octopus’ newest coaches. He specializes in
Muay Thai and Wrestling. With over 8 years of athletic accomplishments in a few different
sports, Kam started wrestling in middle school at the age of 13. Some of his wresting
achievements consist of :
 4x Georgia High School wrestling state qualifier
 Region 2-AAAAAA wrestling 126lb champion
 Region 2-AAAAAA Georgia High school wrestling state runner up
