Biography

After Ralph earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Nutrition in 2010 from the University of Georgia, he decided to focus on competing and gaining experience as a Strength and Nutrition Coach. During this period, he worked with several athletes throughout their training camps and managed their nutrition and strength & conditioning protocols. As an amateur MMA fighter, Ralph became the Georgia Bantamweight State Champion in 2012, holding the title until 2014 when he chose to return to school to study Physical Therapy. In 2017, he became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and spent 7 years at Piedmont Athens Regional, working with patients in both acute and outpatient settings. Now, Ralph has shifted his focus back to Strength and Conditioning, as well as coaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. Ralph holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercises, Injury Rehabilitation, and Nutrition.
