WHAT’S THE POLICY FOR CANCELING A MEMBERSHIP?

    An Active member (account not frozen or any past dues) may cancel the membership for any reason by providing Team Octopus with a 60-day notice. 60-day notice means your account will stay active for two more months. You will be responsible for any payments within 60 days. No exception.

    If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit it at https://mmaatl.com/membership-hold-request/

    Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for any non-refundable annual maintenance fees that occur within 60 days of cancellation. All payments are non-refundable.

    If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below 60 days prior to your next scheduled payment. This will serve as your 60-day written cancelation notice, as required by your membership agreement.
