    Cancellation Policy Overview:

Team Octopus offers two types of memberships: a 6-month agreement and a month-to-month option. You can find your membership agreement type on your Team Octopus App under the Profile tab.

      • The 6-month agreement requires a 6-month commitment and automatically transitions into a month-to-month membership with a 30-day cancellation notice after the initial term. Early cancellation is only permitted if the member relocates 25 miles or more from the gym and provides proof of new residence. Otherwise, billing will continue through the end of the 6-month term.
      • The month-to-month membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.

    Fees During Notice Period:

Please note that you are still responsible for all payments, including non-refundable annual fees, that fall within the required 30-day (or final month) cancellation period. All payments are non-refundable. You can not have a freeze and a cancellation processing at the same time.

    Submitting a Cancellation Request:

To cancel, complete and submit the cancellation request form at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment (or before your contract end date for 6-month members). This submission will serve as your official written notice as required by your membership agreement.
