Biography

Originally from Duluth, GA, Adam began learning the basics of lifting and gymnastics as young as eight years old from his father, Kenny Reese (40+ years high school football and wrestling coach). After a long baseball career, Adam discovered Powerlifting in 2007, Weightlifting in 2008, and began his coaching career in 2008, all under the tutelage and mentoring of Caleb Williams (IPF World Champion, USAW National Champion, and World Team Member) as a Teen Powerlifter Adam earned 4 USAPL Georgia State Records and qualified for the 2008 USAPL Teen Nationals. As a Weightlifter, Adam has competed in 2 different weight classes and qualified for 3 National-level competitions. Since adding CrossFit to his resume in 2011, Adam has coached at over 10 Functional Fitness and CrossFit gyms, holding 3 Head Coaching positions and three programming roles. Adam has held certifications in CrossFit (Level 2), CrossFit Kids, USA Weightlifting (Level 1 Sports Performance), and the MORR Method (Movement, Overspeed, Resistance, Reaction) and prides himself on bringing a unique level of knowledge, energy, and positivity to each class!
