Biography

Hello, I’m Terrence Smith, a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Since 2011, I’ve been immersed in the fitness industry, earning my NASM certification in 2013. At Team Octopus since 2017, I blend my expertise in sales and management to cultivate a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our members.

My training specialties include muscle building, weight loss, and strength training, where I strive to empower individuals to reach their full potential. As a competitive 93kg powerlifter in the USAPL, I continue to push boundaries and inspire others on their fitness journey.
